Easy Nescafe Coffee Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1. Milk – 2 cup 2.Egg – 4
3. Sugar – 3/4 cup
4. Coffee (Nescafe) – 4 tsp levelled

METHOD

Beat thoroughly all the eggs. Add sugar into it and beat well. Boil the milk in a pan. Take 1โ„2 cup of boiling milk.
Add coffee powder. Shake well and make it foamy. Add this coffee and boiled milk to the beaten egg.
Pour the mixture into a greased dish and steam bake. Or in the perfected oven, bake at 370ยฐF (190ยฐC or gas mark 5).
This can be decorated with stiffly beaten cream and roasted nuts. Can be served for 6 persons.
